IncarnationsI. Night's Servant Minions of the night Those who walk sole in shadow Hide from days true lightIncarnations
II. Moonlight Long doth the moon shine Glit'ring through the endless vine A beauty all mine
III. Guardian High o'er snowy peaks Gliding on a gentle breeze Angles shielding all
IV. Angel Fly on pure white wings Crowned with glowing golden ring Guard of Heaven's king
V. Devil Thrive in fiercest gale Armed with fiery blood-red tail Guard of the night's veil

TruthI lose myself within your sparkling eyes Those deep brown orbs that stole away my heart Somehow you saw the truth through all my lies Only you saw the true me from the start Although I have oft yearned for your caress My feelings are long locked behind dark wall There they remain much to my soul's distress Sole another can lift depression's thrall And I still can not overcome my fear That human contact only brings despair And only you can ever make it clear That emotions are things I need to share So I shall try op'ning my heart to you Lower barriers toTruth

PrometheusSpiraling high above the snow-capped peaks Catching the frozen wind on moon-lit wing My once pure feathers now have blood-red streaks My halo naught more than a blackened ring A soldier in the army of Heaven 'Til I stole fire for humanity And was thrown from the Garden of Eden To wander mortal earth eternally They marked me as a traitor to the light Marred my feathers and took away my sight My soul they sealed within the darkest night And left me solely with the gift of flight So I soar on gusts high above the clouds Embraced only by zephyrs and night'sPrometheus

ChainedThe bonds of hate wrap tight around your soul The endless links that void the brightest light Those ancient chains that slowly take their toll And leave you stained black as the darkest night Like Loki bound in raging fires below Who suffers still for sins now long avenged While at the mercy of your vengeful foe Just endure and the pain will never end No bond can ever be unbreakable And no chain could survive the coming storm But you must first prove yourself capable That mind and body can truly reform With freedom gained and loss of devil's things You find innocencChained

Heart Of StoneThis hard grasp on the unknown life You held so strongly, held so tight; Yet I the coward fell to my knees In this neverending, painful fight.Heart Of Stone
You gently held my hand But I hatefully pulled away Without a care, so hardened, Leaving your hand to forever sway.
I tried to push the pain out of my life But pushed as I may, as I might, Never deserving the love you gave, You were the only one to give the light.
Waiting for me to run to you, Alone you stood for that one year, Your mind so dull so far away While I never even shed a tear. &nbs

broken child, sleep not in tears the demons have gone and left broken child, stop clutching your ears from the guilt of freedom bereft
broken child, ‘tis never your fault - those cuts and bruises on your face... "but, broken child, this vicious assault shall leave you to your place
broken child, stroke not your pain your purpose you have served..." broken child, do not fear disdain for the loss of innocence reserved

Here take this knife.
Cut out your heart.
Now place your heart into my hand.
*Stabs the heart a million times*
There now. Better?

Here's the first part of a many part poem im working on about the progression of time.
Past
Remember
Always
Remember
Events that fade
Into the darkness
Choices long ago made
Learn
From old mistakes
And never
Fall for the same fakes
Focus
On those who came before
Guiding us into a new age
Holding open the door
Defend
All memories of the past
All that remains
Their only proof of existence

There is a fine line between brilliance and insanity
